RULES & SAFETY

At Funky Monkeys, we want you to have fun, but we also need you to observe the following rules of play at all times:

  • Funky Monkeys has play supervisors monitoring the play zones at all times to ensure the safety of our visitors. However, there are always risks inherent in children playing together. As such, children remain the responsibility of their parents/caretakers and must be supervised closely by them.
  • Funky Monkeys cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to carelessness or negligence on the part of visitors.
  • Children can use the facility only when accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 18 yrs.)
  • 2 accompanying adult per child may enter the facility free of charge. There will be an extra charge for each additional adult.
  • Identification may be required as proof of age and / or family status.
  • Maids are permitted inside the premises. But no male servants or drivers please.
  • All parents/guardians will be issued a swipe card upon entry. Please bring this back to the reception desk for billing before you exit the center. A penalty of INR 300 will be applied for lost or broken cards.
  • Members must show their Funky Monkeys membership card upon entry. Entry may be denied without this. Membership cards are strictly non-transferable.
  • Please remember to always ask for a receipt upon payment of your bill.
  • Only children aged below 3 years are allowed access to the Toddler Zone.
  • The Junior Zone is for children aged 3 to 12, but 3 to 5 year olds must be supervised at all times. Children above the age of 12 yrs. are not permitted to play on the play structure.
  • Please help us keep the play zones clean and in safe condition at all times:
    • Socks must be worn at all times by children and guardians in the play zones. No shoes or going barefoot in the play zones. Socks are available for purchase at the reception desk
    • Any sharp objects like pens, buckles, jewellery, coins etc. should be removed before entering the play zones.
    • To minimize any risk of personal injury, children are encouraged to wear trousers or leggings.
    • No climbing on the slides or exterior parts of the equipment.
    • Strictly no food or drinks allowed in any of the play zones.
    • Children may be asked to leave the play zones if they are found misbehaving, bullying others or not observing the rules.
    • Children who are unwell are advised not to use the play zones.
  • Only food and drink purchased at the Funky Monkeys Cafe can be consumed on the premises (with the exception of infant food and childrens water bottles).
  • Smoking and chewing gum on the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • No cameras will be allowed inside the premises except for Birthday Parties or Special Events.
  • Videography is not permitted at Funky Monkeys. 
  • Funky Monkeys reserves the right to deny access or remove anyone from the premises, especially in the event of aggressive/violent behavior to other guests or to the staff. Any damages caused through bad behavior and misuse will be charged to the guest/member.
  • Management bears no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

Terms & Conditions of the Go Bananas Reward Programme (GBRP)

  1. Go Bananas Rewards Points (GBRP) will be based on the total bill value that a member settles at any of the Company’s centers.
  2. Members are eligible to earn 5 GB points on every Rs. 100/- spent at any Funky Monkeys Center, which will be accumulated to the members account. To earn points members will have to present their card at the time of billing. On Birthday spends members will earn 1 GB Point for every Rs. 100/- spent.
  3. Value of every 1 point accumulated shall be Rs.1and can be redeemed at any of our centers against Playtime, FM Merchandise, FM Café and towards Birthday Parties.
  4. GB points once redeemed against a purchase shall not be re-credited notwithstanding returns.
  5. Under no circumstances shall cash refund requests be entertained towards cancellation/return of purchases made by redeeming Go Bananas rewards points.
  6. All special offers, updates and member account activity details would be communicated through SMS. However the Company or it’s affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner for any lost, delayed, incorrect, misdirected or incomplete communication.
  7. The Member shall be identified by his/her unique Go Bananas Membership Card and mobile number. There shall be only one active mobile number per member account. Proof of Id may be requested at times if deemed necessary.
  8. The Go BananasRewards Programme Membership is valid for a lifetime, unless revoked/cancelled earlier for committing any breach of these terms and conditions or under directions of law enforcing agencies.
  9. The GBmembership is an individual guest recognition program and is not transferable.
  10. The Go Bananas Rewards Programme (GBRP) remains the property of Funky Monkeys Play Centers Pvt. Ltd. and the user will be the custodian of the same.
  11. GBpoints will be credited to the member within 48 hours from the time of earning the same. GB rewards points balance can be checked by visiting any of the Company’s Centers. Every time you Earn or Redeem points you will get an SMS update.
  12. GB points cannot be en-cashed and can only be settled for a transaction at any of the Company’s Centers.
  13. Employees of the Company, its affiliates and their families are not eligible for GBRP membership.
  14. The Company reserves the right to terminate the GBR Programme, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part at any time with or without notice at its sole and absolute discretion. The Company may also withdraw, limit or cancel the minimum number of GBR points required for reward redemption or change the number or type of GBRpoints offered. The Company’s decision in any dispute over the GBR points shall be final and binding.
  15. All terms and conditions are subject to Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.
  16. Eligibility: To be eligible for Go Bananas Reward Programme Membership, the member should be competent to contract i.e. Member should have attained the age of majority according to the Indian law. The Go Bananas Rewards Programme is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by anyone who has not attained the age of majority.
  17. 17. Billing Errors, Corrections: The Company reserves the right to rectify the balance of the Member’s Go Bananas Rewards account if the Company has reasons to believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred. If a GB Member has questions regarding his/her transaction history or if any correction is required, or if a member disputes or seeks correction relating to any transaction that has been recorded against the concerned member’s Go BananasRewards account, the concerned member may send an email to the Company at“gobananasrewards@funkymonkeys.in”. The Company upon receipt of the said email will investigate the matter and communicate the results as soon as the investigation is completed. Based on the said results, and if justified, the Company shall rectify the error. If no error was found, the Company will clarify the matter by appropriate communication to the Member. The Company shall have no liability for any billing error unless the Member provides the Company with a notice in writing containing complete details of the relevant transaction within 60 days of the date of the transaction in question. Members are requested to monitor Member’s transactions and account balances regularly and accurately.
  18. Release: Member hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the Member’s participation in the GBR Programme, or the receipt, use or misuse, of Go Bananas Rewards.
  19. Disclaimer: The Member by participating in this GBR Programme agrees and accepts that the reward programmes such as the GBR Programme being based on electronically administered systems are likely to suffer from glitches and the Member accordingly waives any legal right he may have to proceed against the Company for causing any loss or damage to the Member of whatsoever nature arising from such glitches and discharges the Company forever from any liability or responsibility in respect thereof.
  20. Member also agrees and confirms that the Member shall:
    1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Member as prompted by the Go Bananas Rewards Programme registration form or guest details form (such information being called the “Registration Data”).
    2. If a Member provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, Incomplete, or not current or /and if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, and not current while filing up the GBRP registration form, then in such case, the Company shall have the absolute right to indefinitely suspend or terminate the particular Member’s membership.
    3. The member permits GBRP to send out transactional & promotional SMS’s regarding the programme and on any ongoing offers.
